Completed... I Flew real weather to 50 miles from F70 then turned on the rain. Couldn't make a visual landing so missed the approach and proceeded for the remainder of the flight, KCRQ couldn't do the visual approach and finally did ILS at KMYF. This one took more preflight to determine how to proceed.

Good Times. I almost crashed one time.
