Here's another helo charter for those interested. This requires you to have FTX/Orbx Pacific Northwest (PNW) scenery addon. That is a payware addon. There will likely be many more of these in the future, and it's likely that PNW is or will be available in FS2020 so can be flown with that when helos become available with that simulator.
The charter is listed in the Special Ops area under Charters,
