Runway Cracks when landing MSFS/FS2020

Ok, so ruined a great flight today for the last time (econ mode so cost me about $1600 in penalties that wasn't my fault) .  I've done some reading and believe this is a bug with MSFS.  Currently the workaround is to turn off the photo scenery during landing, although I haven't had a chance to test this.  The problem seems to be worse with more complex and faster aircraft.
