Anyone notice that after latest updates to the A320Neo it has issues climbing past about FL300. Takes forever to get to FL390 and ATC keeps yelling to expediate. This was not a problem for me until the latest updates by MSFS and the addon mod from A320nx.

I haven't noticed this problem John. I don't use managed mode for the speed though, which I think you said in the past you do use. I've been very pleasantly surprised with the way the A320neo flies after the last update.

Thanks Eric,
I've actually tried everything, from selected mode to managed, to turning off auto-thrust and even autopilot and moving the throttle to TOGA and pulling the yoke up as far as it would go while moving the trim settings to full up position. Something is definitely not working right. Today's flight was doubly problematic with the flight from KMSP to KLEX when the flight plan failed halfway through the approach phase, skipping the final loop to the approach and going directly to the Rwy ILS 4. It treated this as a waypoint and began circling it. I had to manually fly it back to the approach and set the approach mode when I picked up the glideslope and localizer. I also erred on the fuel calculation, so was lucky to have completed the flight on fumes without a chance to go around. I managed to get my passengers excited on an unstable landing, and between that and the low fuel, I lost half my profit, but it was still better than the 5000 loss for skipping the assigned flight or a crash. These Econ flights are all the more trying with the bugs of MSFS and my own errors. This was my first flight into KLEX, so it's possible it has to do with the ILS 04 approach for this airport.
Lastly, I might say again that I'm using the A320NX freeware addon mod that adds many improvements to the default A320neo. The drawback is trying to identify problems related to the default A320, the addon improvements to that aircraft, and my own mishandling of the aircraft.
Argh...

I'm working on flying the same flight you did yesterday, KMSP to KLEX. My climb rate starting out was slow because there was over 100kt tail wind:
Turning to the south, the climb rate got even slower as we now had an almost 120kt cross wind:
And then it was extremely slow up to FL390 with that cross wind:
Here is the route I'm taking for this flight, planning on ILS 04 to test that out as well:
I'll update you when I get closer to landing!

Thanks Eric,
I'm trying another flight today (KMSP-KORD), but without the addon a320nx module. I thought perhaps it was working better, but still hovered between 38500 and 39000 before getting up to cruise at 39000. I must add that this test was made with a fully-loaded payload to max TOW.

Okay, I had the same problem as you did John with the approach into Lexington. Skipped the final loop to the approach and began circling the airport aimlessly. ATC was zero help:
I also had to hand-fly the approach while ignoring ATC's nonsensical instructions to climb to 9,000 feet. I then landed without permission but Lexington still gave me a gate assignment.
