Important reminder about passenger and cargo weight with SPAACARs

PIlots:
For those of you flying the official econ flights, it's very important that you understand how PAX and Cargo weight is calculated by SPAACARS relative to the simulator and aircraft you're using. This information was originally placed in a forum post, but since I"ve had to repeatedly refer to it as pilots forget how this works or new pilots wish to fly Econ flights, I've moved this information to the bottom of the Econ-2018 Instructions available from the main menu link: Main Menu->Instructions->ECON-2018 Instructions. Please refer to this important information, when configuring your aircraft and SPAACARS for an official Econ flight. If your PAX and Cargo fields on SPAACARS don't exactly match the PAX and Cargo fields in the flight Schedule information, your Econ flight will not be registered as an official ECON flight.
Furthermore, you will have to have me or a hub manager rename your flight number to a non-econ flight number or your second attempt at flying that flight number with the correct pax and cargo fields will not show up as an official flight even when properly setting the cargo/pax data because that first flight with that same number will 'block' your second attempt from showing on the Econ page as an official flight.
