Pilots,

It was a fun and experimental flight today as we tested out the JoinFS addon along with the optional FlightGear Swift addon that allowed pilots to see both FlightGear and FSX/P3D planes.

We managed to fly about half of Larry's Vancouver Island Seaplane Tour, and will finish this next Thursday at the same time. I'll post the upcoming flight as I have been doing should other pilots wish to join in.

I was not able, or willing to take the time, to take pictures of our flight this time around, but - if the participants did take some pics, please add them to the forum to share with other pilots and be available for later use in our next annual promo video.

I did get the picture of our teamspeak connection from our main St. Paul Airlines website page that showed the four of us communicating during the flight. A small, but truly international event.

Thanks to all who participated.

Hi Bill:
Any type of float plane you have. l use the Beaver DHC-2 amphibian, others use the Kodiak....

l finally got the Swift program to work so, hopefully l`ll be able to see Oswald flying around as John did.

Should be able to finish the second half next time. So, if anybody has a float plane, please come and join us Thursday.

Good question Bill, I forgot to note where we left off on the first part. Larry will have to tell us where to start our planes Thursday.
