I can't think of anything that's not listed up there already.

One thing that comes on mind, if you don't have Activesky, try looking for replacement clouds made by FSW Group. The filename is fsw2004.zip found in AVSIM.com.

It greatly enhances the performance of your FS, especially when you have too much clouds. The cloud textures by FSW group are smaller in size, yet they retain a good detail of the clouds.
