I'd say about Cat III. You can work this out for yourself. Go to the Aircraft Fleet page and click on the Passenger Aircraft Download page. In the column to the right of each aircraft you will see a link labeled "Information":. Click on this link and it will take you to a page which gives a lot of information on that aircraft, including empty weights and MTOWs. This will allow you to make a category assignment for any aircraft you are interested in flying

Ok, the cat III CRJ-900 - Operating empty 19,595kg (43,200lb)
The cat IV B717 - Operating empty 31,674kg (69,830lb)
So 49,000 lbs would seem to fit in cat III, si?
