Hours

Where hours are called for in Pirep is this hours and minutes in decimal form such as 2.30 or hours and minutes in normal form such as 2:18 both being 2 hours and 18 minutes.

Decimal form 2.3 hours is what I have been using since I started here many months ago. Also in my new pilot info I had printed off a minutes to decimal conversion chart that St.Paul uses.
