Promotion

I show 31.5 hours. Does that promote me to Commuter Captain or do I have to complete all the assignments in catagory 1 first. Once promoted, will I get a new set of assignments.

First, thanks for the promotion. One question, I looked at the new assignments and noticed that they are all catagory 4 assignments. As a new Commuter Captain I am limited to catagory 2 aircraft. Do I fly these assignmenst using catagory 2 or 4 aircraft?
