Hello William,

I don't think it really matters, and there is quite a number of posts regarding this a long time ago. I believe the last suggestion was to use local time.

The only time it matters is when you fly over one or more time zone boundaries. If that happens, it's a lot easier to use Zulu to compute your flight time.
