Looks like the airport is 3W5 Concrete Municipal. Jerry used to fly out of this airport in his young years.

Thanks Naresh. Now I know what airport that is. He really got close to those trees, didn't he?

There are 66 free videos. The Aviator90 series is free. You pay $19/month for the AviatorPro series. But, I think you can watch all of them in a month if you want. They are always working on new ones.

Frankly, I think he was stupid!

Yes, I have seen all the free videos and Jerry and I have flown on vatsim most of the trips he made in his videos.

But I had not seen the crazy departure video you had posted.

Stupid is not the word - more like careless. I don't recommend doing that. The headwind was strong but still that aircraft was not the right one for the conditions.
