72% of our Miami hub pilots are now inactive. This means that they have not filed a PIREP in the last thirty days. Why not?
What can we do to get you all active again?

I have the same problem at MSP Bob. I send out E-mails every few weeks reminding pilots who are overdue. Those who respond and say they are busy stay on the roster. Those who do not respond after two E-mails are removed from the roster. They can always reapply. We are all busy and it's easy to hit a patch where you just don't have time for a number of weeks. But staying active only requires a single flight every 30 days and most of us can pull that off, although I will confess that I recently fell off the roster of another VA because I didn't fly enough. By the way, this IS one of the best tree landings I've seen.

That is a great pic. I have to ask is it real? If so anybody know the story?
When I look closely at it I can't help but wonder how could this possibly end up this way. Trajectory doesn't seem right, nor do some of the branches, but I'm no expert. Just curious.
