Miami has a new Commuter Captain - Joe Sottile

I was going over the pilot records for our Miami hub and noticed that Joe Sottile was due for a promotion. I promoted him to Commuter Captain. Joe is inactive at the moment but I sent him an email and posted some new assignments for him.
