Autosaver

Years ago I had a program called "Autosaver" which saved the current flight every specified time break (Say 6 minutes). In the event of a stuff up you could go back and restart your flight at any of the saved 6 minute intervals.
I still have the program but it will not work any more and the web site seems to have gone belly up.
Can anyone recommend a similar program?

If you have the paid version of FSUIPC, there is an autosave incorporated in it in the options. You can set it to save any interval, any amount of times. It is well worth the money for all of the miscellaneous options in controlling FSX behaviour.

I had quite forgptten that some years ago I purchased FSUIPC paid version. I only had to update this and I have a perfect autosave function. Thanks for the help.

Yoland, when you mentioned Jacky Brouze and JAB, that brought back a lot of happy memories. Seems like JAB98 may have been the first, then JAB2000, which I still used with FS9 until I changed machines earlier in the year.

If you happen to converse with him at any time, give him a huge Thank You for developing that programme. It was a big help in the *FS formative* years and was probably the reason many of us made it past the earlier FS problems.

Here's a heads UP. I just turned off my screen saver and have not had a hangup for two days. Was having hangup every few minutes. I was thinking it was something to do with the aircraft I was flying. Airbus 300, but I guess not. I switched to the Boeing 767 and turned off the screen saver. No more loops
