Important: Keeping your email information current (two steps)

Pilots,

When you update your email, you must also notify your Hub Manager so that they can update your email in your Pilot Account.

Currently your email must be updated in two places (the user profile as described below, and your Pilot Record).  While the pilot can update it on the user profile, the Hub Manager must update in your Pilot account.

1.  The email in your User Menu (Profile) is used by the website to send you things like password reset information if you request it.
2.  The email in your Pilot Record that the Hub Manager must update is used to send you your PIREP confirmations and other things related to the primary functions of St. Paul Airlines.

If you've stopped receiving emails of your completed flight PIREPs, it's likely you didn't notify your Hub Mgr. of your current email address.

Please ensure that your email address is current with what is listed on your profile.

Your profile can be viewed after logging in, just above the "log out" button near the bottom of the main menu is the "User Menu" with a link to "Your Profile".  It is there that you can check and update your email.

Failing to maintain BOTH current email fields results in not receiving pirep information and important emails from our airline to you.

Pilots,

When I get a chance I'll set it up so that you can update your other email from the pilot's office. I'll post when I get a chance to implement that.

In the meantime, please advise your hub manager of any changes to your email as well as updating the one in your user profile.
