It's always a good idea for pilots to give a short note to the hub manager when those important marks are hit.  The promotional process is not automated and there's no automatic notice to hub managers either, so it often goes unnoticed until it's brought to our attention.

If I can, I'd like to add something else.

Its totally fine if you post to the forum about these types of situations, but please include a pilot ID when you do. That would simplify things. I had a heck of a time finding Bill without a real name or a pilot ID and you can't search by user name (BillMan4).

Apologies Bill. It was my job to promote you and I totally missed it. I was probably out of the country at the time, maybe bombing German occupied France, or more likely in La La land.

I totally agree with Eric's observation about Pilot ID numbers. The new website is a terrific improvement on the old one, but the old one did allow you to search on user name.
