Connection Issue Identified and Corrected

Pilots,

I'm happy to say that our provider's support team have identified the issue and corrected it. I will monitor the problem to help ensure that hopefully it doesn't happen again in the future.

I'm confident that the problem has been corrected at this point, and if not - I will let you know, as I can now monitor and correct the problem in the short term myself.
