Pilots:
I've discovered that the photo gallery upload is not working under the new SSL setup. Please discontinue uploads of photos until I can find a solution.
Thanks,
John

Instead of seeing my uploaded image, I only see a link to the image file. But, I can click on that link and the image shows up.<br /><br /><!-- editby --><br /><br /><em>edited by: SPA031, Sep 22, 2019 - 08:59 PM</em><!-- end editby -->

Hey Robert...that's very interesting. I totally missed that. I can certainly fix the "Latest Images" view on the home page with that information...but I'm not sure if I can find the fix to hack into the Gallery code to display the actual picture in the album. It might be easier to ditch the whole thing again for something new. I've scoured the Internet the entire day looking for a solution for the Gallery3 SSL issue, but it seems to have caused many other sites to stumble and none of the proposed fixes I've found and tried seem to work.
I'll have to look into your discovery more tomorrow. I'm all worn out tonight from fiddling all day with it.<img src="tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wallbash.gif" alt="wallbash">
Thanks Robert.

Maybe an online solution can be considered. Check out something like <a title="SmugMug" href="www.smugmug.com/">SmugMug.
Or look at <a href="www.dropbox.com/business">DropBox Business.

Thanks Robert, but those are not cost-effective options for us. There's some other free php options we can consider, or we could just move the photos off the secure site. Plenty of time to work this out.

Pilots:
I've opted to migrate our photo gallery to the Coppermine Photo Gallery. I've installed this already, and will be finishing setup and testing today. It will hopefully be available by this evening or tomorrow.
Thanks,
John
