Promotion of Philippe to MSP Hub Manager

Hey Philippe, I don't think there's any rule about that. Pilot's have bounced around to help out other hubs. I know Larry (Airhogg) flew EGL for quite some time while being assigned to another hub, don't know why managers should be more restricted. We pretty much pick the routes and flight types that interest us - and hubs too. I think it's a matter of preference for the pilots all the way around.
