Some of you might have noticed the website was down for about an hour today (Sunday 3-10-19). I contacted our Internet provider but was not able to speak to anyone directly so I'm unaware of what the problem was this time. It appears to be back up and running again now.
Sorry for the inconvenience pilots might have encountered trying to reach the website or send their pireps using ACARS programs during this down period, but it was a provider issue and nothing we did to cause it or could do to fix it on the client side of the site <img src="tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-heybaby.gif" alt="heybaby">.
