Econ2018 Flights Updated

I've finally gotten around to updating all the official Econ2018 flights with the latest cost/revenue model created by VP Mike D. This has generally increased the profits for the flights, but I don't think it changed the overall ranking for competed Econ2018 official flights.

Current practice flights show the updated model since its inception, but I won't be going back to update all of those flights with the current model, however - some of those flights were updated during the updating process.
