Adventure Pack - Econ Mod - Helpful Hints (and an AP11 video link)

Pilots:
Here's some helpful hints:
Adventure Packs
- The adventure packs are listed in sequential order, so the first one (AP1 also known as SPA1) is at the top. The flight number starts at AP11 for AP1-flight 1. At the bottom of the listing (scroll all the way to the bottom), is AP11. The first flight for AP11 is AP111 for AP11-flight-1. As with Econ flight numbers, Adventure pack flight numbers must be entered exactly as listed to get award credits, although SPA managers can correct mis-entered flight numbers for you.
BOTTOM LINE: DON'T LOOK AT THE FIRST FLIGHT SHOWN ON THE ADVENTURE PACK PAGE (AP11) AND THINK THIS IS ADVENTURE PACK 11, IT ISN'T. ADVENTURE PACK 11 FLIGHTS (AP111 AND AP112) ARE AT THE VERY BOTTOM OF THE SCROLLABLE LISTING.
- Don't forget to turn off "Econ Mode" in SPAACARS before starting out on a multi-leg adventure. Otherwise it will auto-send your pirep at the first stop and stop recording your flight. If this happens, all is not lost. Your first flight leg saved will log as the official flight for that AP flight for completion award icon - for example AP111 for flight 1 of AP11, Just restart SPAACARS with flight numbers AP111-A, AP111-B, etc. to get hourly credit for the rest of that adventure pack 11 flight111. You may choose to do this also if you wish to split the adventure into several flights over several days - just make sure that one of the flights is the correct flight number (AP111), and only use the alpha-numeric numbering scheme shown above ie. AP###-A, AP###-B for subsequent flight numbers of the same adventure flight. Don't use an all-numeric numbering scheme, as you might interfere with past or upcoming adventure pack flight numbering.
- Here's the link to a video I did of Flight AP111 (the first flight of AP11 - Jurassic Park):

Econ Mode
Cargo/Pax fields in SPAACARS may not automatically update with your simulator settings after you initialize your simulator's payload. Thus, the default pax of 1 will not correctly show the correct cargo wgt in the cargo field. To force an update, simply re-enter the pax count in the SPAACARS pax field (highlight over the existing number and re-type the pax number desired). This should update your pax/cargo fields in SPAACARS. Remember - your pax/cargo fields in SPAACARS must match exactly the pax and cargo required on the flight schedule for that flight number for it to register as an econ flight.
Hope this helps clarify rather than confuse,
