Alf Smith to Flt. Capt.

Please help me congratulate Alf Smith on his promotion to Fleet Captain. In what may be a new SPA record for hours flown in a month, Alf has made it from promotion to Sr. Capt. on May 4th to promotion to Fleet Capt. (adding 200 Hrs) in less than a month. Of course, you can tell by his Pilot ID number (76), that Alf is of the "old breed" at SPA, having been with us 14 years. He joined SPA the same year I did (PID = 48). So, I guess it's not that big a surprise.<img src="tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cool.gif" alt="cool">. Congratulations Alf.
