Linking photos to forum posts or forum signature

I've added a new link for "Gallery Instructions" under the Main Menu->Instructions. This covers the basic gallery use and new information regarding how to add your photos to forum posts or your forum signature. Note that there is a new main album called "Links" and you create a new album under your name to put your linked photos in. This will help preserve those photos when general housekeeping required a reduction of your main photo album to save space and backup time. Basically, your main photo album will need to be culled periodically to keep the total number of photos at 50 or below, while photos in your sub-album in the "links" album will be preserved.
