SPAACARS 9.2 released

Pilots,

Very sorry for this inconvenience. I've released version 9.2 that should fix some of the issues noted by pilots:

- Prevents minor fluctuations from being reported as changes in fuel, payload, time or aircraft
- Restores landing message when using Econ Mode
- Fixes bug that caused passenger count to keep resetting to one passenger

Hopefully some of these fixes will solve the current issues.
