Adventure Pack 9 is Released

Welcome back fellow adventurers! I'm pleased to say that Adventure Pack 9 is ready for action. I should note that this adventure utilizes additional 3rd-party scenery and aircraft and requires some additional downloading and installation, but it promises to be a fun adventure and even more fun if we get a few pilots together for a multiplayer flight.

This new adventure is St. Paul Airlines' recreation of Operation Hailstone - the attack on Truk Lagoon <img src="tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-rambo.gif" alt="rambo">. You will find all the information about this, including some video and photos on the Adventure Pack page. It's near the bottom of the first frame, so scroll that window down to Adventure Pack 9.

I'll be talking to Larry (airhogg) about a multiplayer flight for this so that we can make another great video and have a great time as these have been in the past. So...feel free to read up on the adventure and get that stuff installed so you can explore it a bit and be ready for a multiplayer flight in the near future.

I don't have the AP9 award icon set up yet, but should get that done in the next day or two so that those of you who want to fly it right away will get recognition for it. Just because you complete the adventure first by yourself doesn't mean you can't join in when we do the multiplayer flight. Who knows, you might be made "group leader" because of your expertise.

I just tried out AP91 and it worked like a charm <img src="tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-banana.gif" alt="banana">. More fun to come when we get a few pilots together for a Mulitplayer flight on this though. Now for AP92 to finish the adventure and get a better view of that wonderful scenery addon.

I agree Jim, and best of all, it's all free stuff that works with FSX/P3d. Those pics are from my P3dv4 sim. The scenery is the Truk-1945 freeware and the plane is the free Corsair with the free gun effect addon.

Maybe you can join Larry and I when we set up a Multi-player flight for SPA pilots with this in a week or so.
