Adventure Packs & P3D v4 Compatibility

I've done some testing and our FSX Adventure Packs are for the most part P3d V4 compatible. I've only tested on of them so far but the animations and effects work correctly. The only issue I've noted in the one I tested (AP52) was that the water texture is covered by a black texture. I've not discovered the cause of this, but the main areas of the adventure are functioning properly.

Again, I've only tested one of the AP scenarios, but I believe that P3d users should be able to use the existing Adventure packs in P3d v4. I'll test future AP's with P3d v4 prior to release, and will hopefully check out the rest of the current AP's. I'll also try to correct the water texture issue with the scenery related to AP52. Photos of the AP52 test will be posted to my photo album.

Update:

I've fixed the water texture for AP52 and there is a new download file for P3d v4 users who wish to do this adventure: APspa5p3dv4.zip

This is good because I liked the SPA adventure packs. I also just upgraded to P3D v4 and love it. I use ORBX scenery and Carenado aircraft because I can, and have the rank.

edited by: SPA031, Oct 22, 2017 - 07:37 PM
