Update on Econ Module Calculation Changes

Over the past few days I've been whittling down the profits and costs for the various flights. This has been updated in the Econ Instructions (Main Menu -> Economics -> Econ Mod Instructions) with a table showing the profit in relation to your cargo use.

It's been suggested to try removing the fuel penalty because the trade-off for cargo capacity and extra fuel burned carrying unused fuel should be sufficient penalty. I've just made that change now (no fuel penalty for carrying excess fuel).

Let me know your thoughts.
