Economics Module Page Added to Main Menu was created by jer029
Pilots,
I've added the econ main page to the main menu under new heading "Economics".
Here you will see a list of pilots and their econ summary.
Click on the pilots name and it will open the detail information for econ flights made by that pilot.
In the flight detail window, you can click on each individual pilot ID to bring up the econ flight data like you see on the Arrivals area of our main page. The difference is this data is always accessible and doesn't disappear the next day like on the Arrivals screen.
Note: if your name appears there and you aren't participating, don't worry - that was just some additional data used for testing and currently only pilots with econ enabled will have data shown here. All the current data you see here now will be deleted and we will start with blank flights once testing is done.
Questions or Problems, let me know.
Now I'm off to do some test flights myself
John

Really a nice job John. Thanks for doing all the work to put this together for us. This could make me pack my bags, depart Juneau and head back down to the MSP Hub where I can make some real money. Then again....

Thanks Mike!
It was a few days of steady effort for a bumbling IT hack like me. Still, I'm also pleased by the progress thus far, and expect that the foundation is in place for future tweaking and enhancing - and perhaps another choice in the SPA smorgasbord of things to do here that might bring in new pilots who enjoy the freedom to pick and choose how and what they wish to fly.

Jim,
Some of the early information included in econ mod (economy module) was 'forced' by me so that I could test that module. One of your earlier flights probably fell into that category.
If you clicked on your Pilot ID in the 'Arrivals' Page and you are presented with an empty page that shows only the heading 'Flight Profit/Loss Detail', this means that you are either not using SPAACARS to have your pirep entered at SPA, or you haven't configured SPAACARs to record econ mod data (this will be an optional choice for pilots using SPAACARS and is configured in the SPAACARS settings area where the 'landing rate' option is located).
If you don't see 'econ mod' option in the SPAACARS settings area, then you don't have the latest version and should download the latest version from Main Menu->Downloads->Enhancements->Utilities. From there you will see the SPAACARS download file. It's the same file as older SPAACARS.zip file. Just unzip the latest version and copy the files over the old version.
If you have the latest version of SPAACARS, make sure that in the top menu area under "settings" that you have both landing rate and econ mod options checked.
Currently an error prevents econ mod option from auto including landing rate - but that will fix in the next release.
Lastly, if you wish to see a sample of your data using the econ module, you can go to the "main econ page" under Main Menu->Economy. You still have a flight of test data there. The Econ Main page shows you earlier econ flight data that appears briefly in the Arrivals area along with additional data.
From the main econ page click your pilot name, this will show your econ flights and then in the newly opened box, click on your flight id (like you did in the arrivals area on the main page) and you will see a completed fight econ data - except no landing rate in your test data there.
