Econ Module - Update

Pilots:

I just wanted to update you on the progress with this econ module. I'm very pleased to say that I expect a basic version to be up and running very soon.

I've already updated our databases and SPAACARs to accept the new data, and I'm currently reviewing test flight data in an effort to further tweak the profit/loss ratio based on various flight factors (balance of weight of cargo/passenger and fuel). I intend to even add some other fun things.

There is an updated version of SPAACAR's available (V 3.0 beta). This version has no updated manual yet but the following changes were made:

- landing weight and G-force data are uploaded to SPA for future use. Landing weight is already used for current econ calculation.

- Option for Econ Module was added to the 'settings' area of the top menu. This will allow pilots to opt in to have their flight be recorded on the Econ page.

-NOTE: Econ Module enabled will also force Landing Rate data to be sent, as this will be used in Econ Module.

- I attempted to correct the Fuel-burn data in the event of a fuel increase during flight (either after a crash or an intentional or inadvertent refueling during a flight). This can happen if you add fuel on the fly or happen to stop your plane near the fuel parking before stopping logging. Previously this resulted in a negative fuel burn number. I've attempted to include previous fuel burn and additional fuel burned following the 'change' that lead to a negative fuel burn. I've not yet tested this feature though.

I'll look at this Steve, but yes...it will take the final landing rate and that I don't plan to change. As for hitting the shore...well...don't do that.
