Country Flag Update

At prompting from Larry M., who found that SPA had made him a Canadian citizen by giving him a Canadian flag by his name, I reviewed where this was in the system and found an updated database file. I had always been a man without a country (no flag at all ).

Anyway...I installed the update and it appears both Larry and I now have correct flags by our name.

Hopefully this will correct issues for other pilots - if anyone else happened to notice such things.
