Pilots:

I've now digitally signed the java applets connected with our photo gallery. Pilots can now create their own photo album according to the directions that Naresh originally provided (at least for the next year when the certificate must be updated). I've also updated his post so that the helpful instruction pics he included again show in his post.

Directions for creating a album if you don't have one already:

<a href="www.stpaulairlines.com/index.php?module=...18&highlight=gallery">www.stpaulairlines.com/index.php?module=...18&highlight=gallery

Additionally, the java applets for uploading pictures to existing albums should also work.

Note: You still must have java installed and security set to allow java on your browser to use this feature, and even then you will be prompted to accept the "unknown" certificate as a possible security issue. You must choose to accept the certificate (no worries...there is no risk with our gallery applet. I just didn't want to pay over $500 for a verified certificate  ) .

Also - ignore the ImageMagick warning if you get one.

Problems or questions, let me know.

John

Jim,

I've created an album for you under your name. It is a sub-album of Pilots FS Pictures (where pilots should create new albums).

Note to pilots wishing to create and use the photo albums:

To create a photo album (and to have the easiest method for adding photos to it) you should use the Java Applet method to create or add photos.

See the original post above for information regarding running unsigned java applet and the original link from former webmaster regarding how to create an album if you don't have one created for you already. Also note that the new Microsoft Edge browser doesn't support Java Applets <img src="tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cry2.gif" alt="cry2">so you will have to use another browser like Mozilla Firefox that will allow you to use the Java Applet access to our photo gallery.

If you have problems or questions just drop me a note or post in the forum

John
