Fred Jones Promoted to Fleet Captain

Please join me in a very hearty round of congratulations for Fred Jones, who has just joined the elite here at SPA with his promotion to Fleet Captain. Fred joined us as a Commuter First Officer back in March 2011 and has flown steadily and consistently to amass 500 hours in less than three years. Fred was a frequent winner of the MSP Hub awards for the most hours or sorties in a month throughout both 2011 and 2012. Great work Fred.
