Jones to Senior Captain

Please join me in congratlating Fred Jones on his promotion to Sr. Capt. Fred joined SPA as a CFO less than a year ago and has amassed 300 hours in less than ten months. In the process earning the MSP Yellow flight suit for the months of June, July and August 2011. That's quite a record Fred, keep up the excellent work.
