You've done a fairly adequate job in your tenure in management and as charter creator but it's time for some new ideas in the charter area. This round the world thing is getting tiresome. How many new exiting places do we have to go to? And how many new procedures
with weather challenges do we have to endure?

Time for some new ideas and a new perspective.

I hope to see someone step forth that has half the dedication and patience of the old Charter Master.
