New Captain at MSP was created by Westcoast

It gives me pleasure to announce the promotion of Carl Olson to Captain. Carl has amassed the required 200 hours of flying time with SPA in about a year. That's almost 4 hours a week. Great job Carl, keep up the great work and enjoy flying the 737.
