This may sound mildly unusual, but what's the big deal? Well, all three were one person. Jim Archer made Commuter Captain on March 4th, Second Officer on March 10th and, now, first officer on March 27th. So, that's 70 hours of flying time in 23 days, or more than 3 hours a day.
