Please join me in congratulating Edward (Ned) Millis on his promotion to Commuter Captain. Ned has managed this impressive accomplishment in spite of a major handicap - He is the next door neighbor of his Hub Manager. So you can imagine that the combination of intense pressure and bad advice saddled him with quite a burden
