Dobratz Does It Again!

Please join me in congratulating James Dobratz on the completion of 300 hours of flying for Saint Paul Airlines and on his promotion to Sr. Capt. James is probably the most regular pilot flying out of the Minneapolis Hub. James began flying for us as a brand new CFO just last March. He made CC in 26 days, 2nd Ofc. in 21 days, 1st Ofc. in 37 days and Capt. in 88 days. When he was promoted to Capt. in August, I suggested an office pool about when he would make Sr. Capt. (another 100 hours of flying time). Our President estimated 90 days and the MIA Hub Manager guessed 110 days. In fact, James did it in a remarkable 76 days, confounding even the experts. This is a really impressive performance James, and I look forward to your promotion to Fleet Captain in, what, maybe 150 days? Keep up the great work. :
