California Heli Flights

Hello pilots,

I'd just like to tell the SOP team and all interested that it is much fun to fly the California Heli tour. I use a new version of the Sikorsky S76C++ Heli, Alpha version from the FGUK (Flightgear UK) development team with allegedly quite realistic FDM, takes up to 12 passengers and some cargo. Due to high fuel consumption (it is a heli!) econ mode is a challenge with small revenues, but I like scenery, aircraft, flying by hand and the challenge.

Apart from SPA FGUK is my other flight sim favorite: There are really nice saturday night multiplayer flights, each and every saturday all through the year. I usually swap the fighter jet ones, but do like the heli and rare GA events.

California Coast Helicopter Tour finished, finally arrived at KNRS (Imperial Beach) near the Mexican Border. It is a nice tour, fun to fly, very short legs, not much to gain on Econ mode, but worthwhile. See image with heli after all passengers have left for the beach (some went to take a bath, other to a bar longing for their due sex on the beach).
