St Paul Airlines ROUND THE WORLD CRUISE

Well i have took up the challenge for the round the world cruise and beleve me it is a cruise.
On the short legs it's not to bad you can go a bit faster,but the longer legs you kneed to watch your speed as well as the fuel.
This is were the flight planning needs to be done, does the airfield that you are flying to have fuel,can i get fuel on the way, were can i divert to in bad weather,which as happened only once.

On this last leg 9758 i had to fly into Wrangle to pick up some fuel as the airfield that i was at had no fuel,then when i had landed in Tok i had to fly over to 6K8 Tok Junction to re fuell for another long leg PATJ-A79 634nm.

If the weather is good to me i hope to be in Russia for christmas,good thing i like Vodka.

Well at the momment i am in Okushiri in Japan, i have had a few rough trips to get here,weather not allways been on my side.

All these flights i am doing in real time and there are some long flights.
Not sure about the next leg of my trip as it is a long flight,have to get in touch with Yoland.

Well i am just about to leave Indonesia for Malaysia, i have had some very nasty thunder storms on most of the legs and lightning all over the place.
Had to divert a couple of times as the weather was so bad. [See pics].
Will keep you all up to date if i ever get out of here.

Well the Round the world cruize is over after i landed back in Miami just after lunch.

If you have a couple of months spare have a go at it, you will find some good strips to fly into.
