SPAACARS With MSFS 2024

Pilots,

It's been a while since I worked with MSFS2024, but I've been working with it again now that JoinFS is compatible with it, allowing multiplayer flights with other simulators (Larry's online Wednesday night flights).

Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone else is using FS2024 with SPAACARS and if they have noted problems loading the flight plans into SPAACARS.

I've had problems with the loading ending with and error after entering the Org and Dest.  It appears to be no longer able to parse the Route data from the flight plan. Of course, it's still better than entering all the fields manually.  This way you only have to add Route data (I just put "Direct") and enter my flight number after closing the error message.

I've traced this to the lack of World Position data that is in most of the flight plans, but it is omitted in the currently active flight plan file in the simulator.

I'm trying to ascertain whether this is unique to my installation of FS2024 or not.  I might just set up another "load from file" option so you can just select the flight plan file through SPAACARS and have it populate the SPAACARS fields.

Anyway, if you're using SPAACARS with FS2024, please let me know how it's working for you.  I'll continue my experimentation.
