Windows 7

Anybody no how the new operating system Windows 7 will work with flight sims.

I do not have Win 7 yet but I have seen youtube videos of FS9 and FSX running very good in Win7. Just do a search on youtube.

Some say MSFS runs better in Win7 than Vista. Not sure about XP.

I have Win 7 and FSX seems to work just fine with it.

My migrgation from Vista to Win7 went smoothly. But, it took several hours because I have a lot of software on my computer.

You first run the compatability wizzard and it tells you what you need to do before installing Win7. It told me to first remove OneCare, but Microsoft now has free security software to replace that.

My FSX is definitely getting better frame rates now. That's cool.

Thanks for the info, as of yet i am not updateing, just want to know how it works with the flight sims.
