I've added Adventure 7 (just a single adventure - but a long one with multiple flights or days to complete). As usual the information is on the Adventure Packs page and the files are located in the download area under Enhancements.

Enjoy!

Interestingly - until this recent adventure only 3 pilots have filed PIREPs to ENAL in the history of SPA records - and the last one was in 2008. I guess Alesund, Norway isn't exactly a major hub for any airlines.

I bought the First Class Simulations Lancaster for $19.00. Larry picked one up - have to see what he used but looks a like mine. No AP on them though so used my gps and flight plan to follow. I did get the alt hold to work using the default ap keyboard settings listed on the kneeboard dropdown. Still had to keep bumping it back on track laterally for the whole flight however. Otherwise the FCS model was easy to fly without a lots of manuals to read up on.

edited by: jer029, Feb 11, 2017 - 03:07 PM

I'm guessing Larry's using a freeware version - and I think they're probably as good as the one I'm using. This payware version isn't exactly PMDG stuff, but then again - $19.00 I figured I could part with it for a military plane to add to my hangar.

Hi guys
I found a very nice AVRO Lancaster at rikoooo.com flies really well and it's FREE LOL
everything works except the to gauges on top of the co-pit panel which are 2004 gauges
that couldn't be converted search for them for two days they are not really needed so
guess I'll live with out them,

Looks good in the Pics Steve - and I like the idea of flying a number of planes together over the target. I might try to link up with Larry Airhogg since he's at the same point in the adventure as I am. If there's a delay then I might try to re-link up with you guys - or may regardless - just re-flying AP7-3 (the bombing run leg of the adventure). I'm going to try and get some video to post as well as the still photos. Should be fun regardless. I'll have to learn formation flying so that I can do this without flying into everyone. I have to say my Landcaster was bouncing all over the place flying low over the mountains on the way to ESNQ. I did get my default gps to work along with altitude hold for the long flight, but it's a less than ideal set-up - but good for those 2hour flights across the sea.

For those wondering - based on my Nav Chart I estimate about 66min round trip from ESNQ to the target and back again. Figuring takeoff and landing and time over the target, I would imagine about 1.5 hour approximate total flight time for AP7-3 (the bombing run).

I'll wait to post any pics or video until you guys have had a run at it.
