I was still not satisfied with the way revenue was being figured and have greatly simplified this process.
Pilots need not worry about the flight costs as revenue totals will always start at a 10% profit of your total costs.
However, your revenue will be reduced according to how much of your payload capacity you've used. If you use all your payload capacity you should get the full 100% of your revenue (all 10% of your total cost). If you only use 50% of your cargo capacity you will only get 50% of your total revenue.
This will ensure that most flights are profitable as long as you are carrying payload. However, the excess fuel penalty is still in effect and can result in a loss of revenue for the flight.
I'll probably add further tweaks along the way that might add or subtract from your revenue, such as happy passengers or unhappy passengers based on bad flying, damage to aircraft for hard landings, etc.

Thanks Jim,
I continue to work on this and your test flights help.
I've just started to work on larger passenger flights to find what works.
First you should download the latest version of SPAACARS and copy the new files over the current ones you use.
It's the same download zip file in the same place. This will fix the zero values in the Econ data.
I'll look into the other problems with your cargo and weight, but make sure you have set the payload weight and passengers in FSX before starting SPAACARS. SPAACARS uses that data as maximum weight and then allows you to separate the passengers from cargo by moving weight to the passenger field by adding more passengers from the default of one passenger. SPAACARS puts all FSX payload weight (cargo and passengers) in cargo to start, then you move the passengers over to the passenger field by changing the pax field in SPAACARS. But you must have FSX payload and passengers set before starting SPAACARS.
If you have questions or problems about this let me know. It can only help others with similar questions.

Hi John still getting fuel penalty don't know why
flights are IFR using fuel to Dist. plus 1:15 to ALT
Airport. Only thing I can Think of is do I have show and Alt airport in the flight plan

Shouldn't need to Jim. The calc is made based on the burn rate for your current flight. I checked your data and it shows fuel time remaining = 2.30 hours. This should agree with the amount of fuel you used and the hours you flew. I think you might want to recalculate your actual burn rate data.
On another note - It looks like I've somehow managed to screw up the landing rate data so that it isn't being uploaded or saved.
I'm working on that now.
Let me know if, upon checking your planes burn rate for fuel, you are not actually burning less than you thought (hence the remaining 2.3 hours of remaining fuel time on your last flight.
