Welcome to SPA, Andrzej ,

Please give a warm welcome to Andrzej B. He will be flying from MSP hub.

My name is Naresh Gurung and I'm the webmaster of this site. If you have any question regarding the website, or MSFS or anything else, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will try my best to make you comfortable here in SPA.

Andrezj,

Yoland is quite right; you are free to fly any aircraft at or below you current category on any flight.

I would also like to have better map resourses for VFR flight outside the U.S. The "map" feature of FSX does provide a relief map of a sort, but it is uncalibrated, so that one does not know the altitude of the terrain. I have done an internet search, but not found topographical maps of a sufficiently large scale to be of much use.
