I guess some things may have been fixed, but with the fix the Just Flight Warrior will not allow me to fly a GPS route. Need another fix.

I also noted during my Europe Tour flight that the GPS no longer shows the waypoints on the included flight plan. Apparently one of the previous updates changed the way MSFS handles GPS coordinates, making coordinates over 5 or 6 characters disappear from the GPS track. This wiped out the entire flight plan for the Europe Tour. The solution was to bring up the flight plan in a text editor and remove all but the first 4 or 5 characters of the waypoints and then save the plan again. Reloading the newly saved flight plan into MSFS will then display the track correctly and allow it to be flown as intended.
I also had the issue of wanting to load the flight plan and start at an airport along the route. I had forgotten to save the current flight where I left off the previous day. Again, I found that I could just edit the flight plan in the text editor by removing the leg segments already flown and then load to flight plan again with just those waypoints remaining. The removed segments must include the beginning and ending segment tags for each segment as well as the enclosed data.
I could have created and uploaded a functional flight plan with corrected waypoints but I was more interested in flying at the time.

I'll have to look at this. I flew a GPS plan yesterday just fine, but after todays hotfix the GPS no longer will fly a route. The autopilot will not switch out of heading to Nav.

Ron, I forgot to mention that, even with my changes, there was one waypoint that it refused to follow - even when I selected "direct to" option. I have no idea why it wouldn't go to that waypoint, but it picked up the route again on subsequent waypoints after I flew on heading mode to the one it wouldn't recognize.

I just completed a flight in the default 172 and it was fine. I think it depends on the aircraft. Third party add on aircraft are the problem I see. Just Flight are very good to update their aircraft. They have to wait until the updates are over for awhile.
