Did you know that you can create a new route? I created a route from KMSP to KATW for our SPX71101 charter and submitted it to the vroute team. They accepted it and it is now available when you do a route search.

When you submit a new route, the vroute team will send you an email and tell you whether it was accepted or not.

What's nice about this is that you can now get all of your flight planning done in just one vroute window. You can also print out a vroute Flight Progress Card. This card has the following information on it:

1. Call sign
2. From and To airports
3. Aircraft type
4. Departure weather
5. Route
6. Clearance
7. Approach
8. Landing information
9. Arrival and suggested alternates information
10. Route details - Position, Mag heading, Distance, Time, Fuel remaining
11. You can fill in the departure time, arrival time, fuel on board and remaining fuel

Once you have your vroute loaded or planned, then you can export it to your favorite flight planner like FSNavigator. There are several formats to choose from so you can possibly use your favorite autopilot.

rev, I noticed that too but don't know why. Could it have something to do with controlled airspace?

I made it back to Minneapolis today and it was a snowy ILS approach to 30R.
