Mission Statement


Section 1. Name

The name of this airline shall be "Saint Paul Airlines" (a.k.a. SPA).

Section 2. Purpose

 
  • Promote aviation education through flight simulation on personal computers.
     
  • Carry our virtual passengers on scheduled flights across the United States and to the rest of the world.
     
  • Carry our virtual freight across the United States and to the rest of the world
     
  • Carry our virtual charter customers across the United States and to the rest of the world
     
  • Provide training for our virtual pilots.

    Section 3. Requirements to join

    The only requirement to become a pilot with SPA is a flight simulator program installed on your PC and enough experience and knowledge of how to use it to complete scheduled flights.

    Section 4. Rank

    Rank identifies the level of a pilot's skill by how many hours he has logged. Click here to see the ranks, minumum hours required, and insignia.

    Section 5. Standard Operating Procedures

    SPA will maintain a set of Standard Operating Procedures which govern the day-to-day operations of the airline.

    Section 6. Amendments

    Any pilot not on inactive status may propose an amendment to this charter. The amendment shall be submitted directly to the President of St. Paul Airlines who will review it for clerical accuracy and submit it to the pilots for a vote. If 3/4 of the voting pilots agree to the amendment, it shall be ratified and become a part of this charter.
